1. Summary
The drafting structure is made up by two lines of back roller one line of middle roller and one line of front roller, to form the double drafting areas. The four roller、spindle transmission and lift stroke system is completed by six sets of independent driving systems. All technological parameters can be set、amended、displayed and stored by PLC and touching screen，while it is unnecessary to change the transmission parts.
2. Availability
Besides the normal ring spindle yarn, HLS also can produce many kinds of fancy yarns such as knot yarn、caterpillar yarn、wave yarn、loop yarn、and bamboo yarn etc. Special yarns such as two colors gradual changing yarn、AB intermittent yarn、space colored yarn、space dyed yarn、double colors short and long knot yarn、double colors bamboo yarn etc can be produced by this machine. The available roving should be combing yarn.
